	If you are in Brisbane - there is a delay in processing the applications but you should receive a letter advising you of the Court date and a stamped copy of your application and there is usually around a 6 week wait for Court.

	I woudl ring and check. My partner got a letter in the post within a few days (definately) less than a week after sending in his application .

	Is there any way of checking on the status of your divorce online? Or do you have to call the family court to find out when your court date has been booked for? I'm just anxious and haven't gotten word by post yet.
