    Posted: 28/May/2012 at 19:26
Can someone help me with a company credit card problem. My husband and I have separated and we have a couple of businesses together, the problem is he gets the statements for the credit card sent to a PO box and I know that he has been using it for things other than business related, as we are going through our solicitors now sorting things out I was hoping someone could tell me what legal right do I have in obtaining copies of the statements, as I have not been able to have access to the c/card, can I legally go for compensation for the full amount he has personally spent.
Thanks for any information

If both your names are on the cc contract, you are entitled to a statement at any time. Contact your bank for a statement.
