Thanks for the answer,
But at what point in time can I re-activate another company, i.e.
1. After the notification of the dissolution of the partnership and the intention of winding up the company (50:50), with or without a liquidator
2. Or only after a liquidator is assigned?
Would dishonesty also mean:
1. Trading in the same field as the company being wound up?
2. Or servicing clients that used that company but no longer wish to trade with that partner? (Using the breaking of contracts via the notation that company (being dissolved)can no longer fully service their needs of the contract)?
yes you can start a new company providing you are not braching any trademarks patents from the old company or in any way acting dishonestly against the other shareholder/ partner
If you are ripping off clients and or using insider information to take clients from the other partner then the partner may sue you for breach of partnership.
Luke 11 46: Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! For you load men with burdens that are difficult to carry, and you yourselves won't even lift one finger to help carry those burdens.
Wish to ask question, on activating a Dissolution of a Partnership and eventually have the trading company to shut down at what time in this process can I actively trade in another already available company whilst awaiting the dividends if any from the above process.
