Presently my Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF), a single member Fund, is run by 2 Individual Trustees and would like to change it to a Corporate Trustee. The reason being my other individual Trustee is difficult to access and have difficulty in finding a replacement Individual Trustee.
I have incorporated a Company a few years ago and it is still a dormant company.
What do I need to do to make this dormant company be the Corporate Trustee?
