Topic: Surviving Children

Hi, my grandfather's will leaves his entire estate "in equal shares to such of my children who survive me". As the daughter of one of his children (my mother) who deceased before him, am I entitled to the share that my mother would have received? ie. Because my mother has a descendant, is she still considered a surviving child?
