Hi Grandfathermother

Not Guilty is correct - the wording is a bit cumbersome, but it has the effect that you're looking for.

Cheers
Adam

What if a child of yours dies and leaves no children? Your "AND" would cause a problem.

The wording provided by AussieLegal is fine.

In my will I wish to include my grand-children where their parent who is my child dies before myself.
I am confused about the words in the will provided by AussieLegal:
"If any child of mine dies before me or before attaining a vested interest leaving children, then those children on reaching the age of 18 years will take equally the share which their parent would otherwise have taken"
The wording seem ambiguous.
I thought the wording should be "If any child of mine dies before me AND leaves children ...."
Can someone please advise. Thanks
