Hi just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about responsibility in regards to a de factos bills. My partner is currently being chased by several debt collectors ,he will not answer phone calls and refuses to pay any of his debts. He knows I recently was awarded a small amount of money (just enought to almost cover my debts).I have been unemployed due to an injury and I managed to pay all my bills by juggling credit cards. Will I be held responsable for his debts when/if I receive more money? Please any info will be appreciated.
