I’ve been through the workcover nightmare of my claim rejected by workcover, then accepted by QComp, only then to be rejected by the QIRC in a very dismal decision, and is now being considered by the industrial court. I have lost trust in the system but not in my case and I will not let this go. I need to know that if the industrial court is not correct in their decision do I have the right to appeal it?

I know that the Act states the Industrial courts decision is final, but can I still seek a judicial review? If I can and I win, will satisfy the act and overule the industrial courts decision?

Most court decisions are appealable, but time limits apply. Not sure if the "decision is final" ruling affects that. Ask a solicitor.
