Good Day.

I have successfully applied for my TDP from my One State Super Fund. 4 days ago i was advised my superfund has agreed to payout but when i asked how long does it take b4 it will be in my bank account all i was told was soon. i tried calling my Superfund but i never get an answer. It has been a week so im curious if anyone knows how long the wait usually is b4 funds are placed into my account? i am frustrated at how slow everything since my work injury takes and it would seem from my old employer to all medical professionals and legal just dont care how long and the hardship going through this does to a person.

So i would be very greatful if anyone could give me a time frame from approval to payout.

Tank you

Claudia

I can't answer your question, however if it was me I'd be waiting two weeks and if the money wasn't there by them, I'd be getting on to them and if a satisfactory answer was not provided I'd be making a complaint to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.
