My violent ex-husband fled to Vic 5 years ago, whilst on parole and then was bailed after committing a further offence. He fled before sentencing.
He has a long history of offences from theft, driving offences and severe DV assaults on me.
There are warrants for him in NSW but he is clean in Vic.
I have advised crime stoppers NSW and Vic of his whereabouts. Are Vic Police obliged to arrest him and send him back to NSW?
What can I do/who can I advise of his whereabouts so he is brought to justice?

You have done your civic duty by advising where he is, now leave the police and courts to do their job, sticking your neck out is a sure fire way to ensure you get back into his sights.
