Hi and thanks for reading,

A large tree from my neighbours fell over in storm and damaged my concrete driveway. I have photos of the tree and the damage caused. Can I claim off their home insurance and if so how do I find out, who, the insurer is? Thanks?

You'll need to notify your insurer and they'll chase up.
