Hi all. When I search ABNs presented on invoices I sometimes find the result "The Trustee for the abc Family Trust".

I looked all over the website and then other third party websites but there didn't seem to be a way I can even order a search which would show me who the trustee is?

Does anyone know if there is a way I can track down who trustees are, or who registered the ABN?

if the trust owns real property you can do a property search that should give you the trustees or if the business has a trading name you vould search the dept that handles that in your state.

The quickest way is to pay the ASIC nominated online broker, it costs around $25-$40 depending on how much details you look for. You will get the result within 5 minutes.
