Hi peeps new here,

I have a question, i was a committee member of an incorporated car club & i help to organize a couple of car shows for said club, over 2 years i personally raised a profit of around $5000 for this club, i have since been improperly removed form the club.

My question is this, am i legally able to invoice the club for a percentage of the profit that i almost single handedly raised for them & if so what percentage am i entitled to?

I am NOT a lawyer. Anything said is NOT legal advice.

Please post your legal questions in a forum rather than sending a PM. Thanks.

Clubs aren't generally formed to make money for committee members, secondly if there was no prior agreement then definitely not. However if you are contacted to assist in the future, you could offer to help on a paid basis if the club rules allow it.
Not legal advice. Personal opinion only. Seek legal advice from qualified personnel only.
