I made a mistake several years ago and have a criminal record and now my sister in law has paid to get it and is telling everyone about my mistake.
I wonder if it is legal to get someone else's criminal record just for that reason and not for employment.
I know I made a mistake and this will impact on me for the rest of my life but how is it ok for someone with their own agenda to be able to access my record

Answered in your other post, it appears she is breaking the law, you could make a complaint to the police complaints people.
I am NOT a lawyer. Anything said is NOT legal advice.

Please post your legal questions in a forum rather than sending a PM. Thanks.
