Must SMSF bank accounts (and other SMSF bank investments such as term deposits) be in the name of the trustees eg "John Andrew and Mary Jane Smith ATF Smith Superannuation Fund" or can they be in the name of the SMSF only eg "Smith Superannuation Fund" or are both methods acceptable?
must be in the name of the trustees i.e joe bloggs as trustee for the Bloggs fund.
