Hi,

It is possible, if two people planned to rob a bank, then did what they had planned, are they able to be charged with robbery and conspiracy or only robbery?

Thanks

As they have committed the act then with Robbery only.

Conspiracy is only applicable before the act is committed (conspiring to commit the act). Once the act is committed the conspiracy no longer applies as the offence is complete.
