Signing of Management agreements
Topic: Signing of Management agreements

I have finally received a copy of our Strata Management Agreement, we are only 4 units, our
Presiding Officer has signed this document "on behalf of the S.C. Corporation XXXX".
One thing I noticed that each page had on the "bottom", a place which stated -
there were no initials on any of the pages, is this document still legal?
One assumes that each page "should" be initialled, as well as the signature "block"

The reason for adding initials on each page at the time of signing of the document is to ensure that different pages are not substituted at some later date.
I believe you should bring this shortcoming in the document to the notice of members of the Strata and bring a notice of motion to a meeting that this shortcoming be rectified forthwith.
