When a group of people purchase concert tickets, and subsequently fall out - who owns the tickets??
I purchased tickets under my name for a "friend", for Concert A. I have passed on these tickets, for her to attend. (one group of 6 tickets, 2 for her, and 4 for me)
She purchased tickets for me for Concert B. She has sold my ticket, and refunded me the monies. (2 groups of 4 tickets, I bought one, and she bought 3 tickets on my behalf)
It is a hard to get concert ticket, sold out within minutes.
I now have passed on the monies for 3 tickets - yet haven't been given them, and the people they are for have purchased airfares etc to attend the concert.
Is there any recourse? Both sets were purchase through ticketek? Do I cancel her tickets for concert A, and have them resold?
