So basically someone started a fight with me and I pulled a taser on them. Cops have charged me with possessing a prohibited weapon in a way to cause fear. I don't know the seriousness of this offence and I haven't been able to speak with legalaid yet. I'm concerned it might trigger my orders, I'm on a csio and CBO both for 12 months. Can anyone give me info on this charge?

You have several problems not only will you face the court for the charge of possessing a prohibited weapon, for which you appear to have no defence, (the offence is possession of the weapon) the previous matters that you were treated leniently by being given community order, will be up for re-sentencing.

You need a solicitor working for you, to try and mitigate, I believe you can expect to be locked up for a while.
