Topic: Illegal recording?
Posted: 15/January/2018 at 19:49
Does anyone know if it is illegal to record a person talking to themselves, using an iPhone, in a private residence in QLD, without the person knowing?
As the owner of the recording was not part of the conversation I am unsure whether it is legal or not.

Might come down to the purpose of the recording.
They say talking to ones self is the first sign of madness, perhaps the recorder was gathering evidence for the person to be certified???
