Taxation of Costs
Topic: Taxation of Costs

I am liable to pay some court costs. It has been through the costs court and I have been taxed (ordered) to pay about $9,000.
As a result I have been duly served the bill from the other parties solicitor; my question is, what are my options to pay? I am recently out of bankruptcy, and thus have no assets, and have no legal rep.
Anyone here in this field? Do I need to apply to a court for a payment plan? Not sure what the process is, as it IS an order via the Supreme Court. Happy to pay, just can't in one hit, as they request.
Regards, and thanks in advance.
