Good afternoon,

can anyone advise my next step if a cease/desist letter fails?

I am being bagged on Facebook by a group of people who are now claiming I used govt stationery to send a personal letter, and a few other claims along the lines of misuse of Telecom Act etc. One is a serving police officer. One has said I "need a bullet". I'm not too worried about other things they are saying but this new front is a concern.

I have sent 1 letter each to the ringleader and 4 worst other offenders. If they do not cease/desist, what is my next step? I did not do as they claim.
