Hi! I am buying home on my name. But my partner had own home before marry me. At the moment there is no existing home on his name. He sold the property before our marriage. Am I eligible to get stamp duty concession from 1 st of July 2017?

I didn't buy any house . I am not including my husband name with me, because he is not interested to buy property.

However, could you please give me advise how STAMP DUTY CONCESSION FOR FIRST HOME BUYERS will work with government new schemes.

Waiting for your reply.
