I have just found that that around $8000 Of FBT will appear on my group cert. I'm aware I don't have to pay this but it will effect a lot of other things for me.

My question is, asked on the fact that a, I was never made aware I would be applicable to FBT and it was not mentioned in my contract, and b, they calculated it incorrectly.

Also given the fact that another employee had use of the car, does it make it a pool car if they used it privately for only 3 weeks?
