Hi there,

I am currently going through an appeal with the small claims court. I wish to have extra evidence looked at during the appeal. To my understanding this can only be done with leave of the appeal tribunal. I don't understand how you get this leave though. Is there a special form to submit or do I write that in my request that I would like leave for this evidence to be looked at.
