How would you go about adding your de factos name on a property title, on a house owned outright in South Australia? What is the process, to do it as tenants in common, where it is 50 % each?
And if either one dies, how would it be possible for the surviving partner to get their partners share, owning 100% would they both needs wills to do this?
What are the possible implications of doing this? Should they make an agreement first, in regard to the property, on what things they both would agree to do, if they were to separate?

Hang on, maybe "joint tenants" is the one I should be looking at?
What would be the process in SA to add partner as joint tenant?
What forms would I need?
Are there any possible implications that we would need to be aware of?
