Sounds nuts admittedly......but seems the only route my lifes path knows now....unfortunately !
I have a magistrates matter that a minimum 12 months has now been served before allowing application to seek revocation.
I have learned the has since changed careers & whilst part of me is dark on her for " helping me out " & convincing me to take her advice against my gut instinct & expectation of justice prevailing. I feel she was in truth saving herself from a trial she didn't want to be involved with.
I want to believe now removed from her expected stance & role to play she would be very good for my case if I were to have her in court to explain to magistrate the negotiations that she instigated between other party & myself that the other party reneged on before the court seal had dried on the paperwork.
Question- Is there any conflict of interest type snag preventing me from taking this direction??
