I am an employee at a PTY Ltd comapny.

This is a unique company and had a patent on its process. the patent has expired now and is

not renewed.

I want to start my own business with the same product after 2 years.

I have signed a contract that I cant work for a similar company for 2 years.

Will be legaly liable to my old company? Will I be breaking any laws?

Im not sure of the question ? did you want to work for another company in the same industry?
Luke 11 46: Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! For you load men with burdens that are difficult to carry, and you yourselves won't even lift one finger to help carry those burdens.
