Hi All,
Can anyone point me to the solicitors or lawyers who have taken over the practice of Brian Crawford Solicitors who operated in Brisbane Qld in the 1980's in the Brisbane CBD. I am hoping they may still have files that now could be important in a Will contestation.

Sorry Bill I do not know, others may be able to help, but have you checked with the Queensland Law Society, they may have records from that period.
I am NOT a lawyer. Anything said is NOT legal advice.

Please post your legal questions in a forum rather than sending a PM. Thanks.

Firms are only required to keep files for 7 years, so chances are they are gone.
