Does any one know any website which has criminal offences cases study with likely penalty or sentences especially for assault offences and better is for Queensland territory . Other territory also be fine .Thank you very much.

Eric, There are certainly many sights that will provide you with examples of how various matters have been dealt with and what the likely outcome of a conviction will attract. Many law firms have such information as do many teaching institutes, legal aid offices and of course the legislation itself will list the offence and attached penalties. If you can be more specific pehaps the more experienced members here can point you in an appropriate direction. As a start however just type the offence into your favorite search engine, make sure you include your state and restrict results to Australia.
