after a single car accident that occurede due to bad weather and oncomming traffic i will receive a neg driving charge. this is understandable. there is the possibility however of my licence being suspended due to my medical condition of epilepsy. as the accident did NOT occur due to this condition can that suspention be put into effect. the breath test reading was zero.

I believe that a license can be terminated because of epilepsy.
Certain medical conditions are a mandatory notification to motor reg. (Here is SA at least).
